Returns Policy

We at Kohi Jewels are confident with our products, all of them are made of high quality materials, each piece will be double checked before shipping. However, if you receive any faulty ones by accident, we will replace/exchange or refund upon return. Please email  jodi@kohijewels.com  within 14 days of the products received in order to start the refund /exchange process .

• Please provide your order number, reason for return and contact details
• The item/s must be in new condition and not been worn with original packaging along with any supplied appraisals/paperwork if relevant
• All returns/exchanges items must be returned to us within 15 business days of you receiving them
• All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection before refunds/exchanges are processed

Please Note: Items can’t be returned due to change of mind so please choose carefully and due to restrictions and exceptions resulting from New Zealand Copyright laws and health and safety issues we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are damaged or faulty.
